Set on the battlefield of World War I,
In Flanders Field is the story of a young soldier who risks his life to rescue a bird caught in barbed wire. The soldier ties a white flag, a sign of peace, to his weapon, and walks in between enemy lines to save the helpless robin. This one man’s heroism shows how good deeds do exist even among the destruction of war.
